AIA Presentations
We offer a one-hour AIA-registered presentation on SIPs worth one HSW continuing education credit. The presentation introduces SIPs, applications, performance, and benefits. As with all AIA courses, questions cannot be answered during the presentation, but open discussion, applicability to specific projects, and manufacturer-specific questions are invited following the AIA portion of the presentation. If you would like to schedule a presentation with your firm, please contact us.

SIPs Seminar
Our SIPs seminar is for homeowners, developers, licensed contractors, design professionals (architectural and engineering), design & engineering students, building departments, and code officials. The seminars are generally held in conjunction with a university, community college, or professional association, though we occassionally hold independent seminars.
The prepared portion presentation is about 45-60 minutes and includes an introduction of SIPs, application, limitations, other design considerations, installation accessories, process of using SIPs, and plenty of pictures of SIP projects. Questions are welcomed during and after the presentation. If you would like to schedule a seminar with your organization or be informed when one is offered in your area, please contact us.

House Raisings
When possible, we coordinate for visitors to tour current SIP projects. Most of our SIP projects are not used for house raisings in consideration of the general contractor's liability insurance, experience with SIPs, site constraints, and construction schedule. When we have a project that is a good fit for giving tours during construction, we send out invitations to all who may be interested. If you would like to be added to this list, please provide us with the email you would like us to use.
E-Newsletters
We send out newsletters every six weeks. The newsletter includes project profile, calendar of events, and a SIP or sustainable-related article. If you are not receiving the newsletters and would like to, please send us the request with the email address you would like us to use. You may also browse our archive of newsletters.
